Chocolate Brownie Bites!

These are perfect for a pre-work out snack…

1 1/2 cups of dates

1/2 cup of pecan nuts

1/2 cup of slivered almonds

2 tsp of cocoa powder

1 tsp of vanilla extract

Simply mix all the ingredients in a food processor until well combined.  Spread and flatten the mixture on a non-stick baking tray and cover with cling-film.  Chill in the refrigerator for a few hours and then portion into snack size pieces.

Eat.Sweat.Burn!
