Ingredients
  • 1 ripe banana
  • 400 ml coconut water
  • 2 tbsp full-fat coconut milk
  • 1 tsp grated ginger
  • 1 tsp coconut oil
  • 1 tbsp honey
  • 1/2 tsp turmeric
Instructions
  1. Place all the ingredients in a blender and blitz until smooth.
  2. Serve and enjoy!
